FAQ’s

What does house call chiropractic mean?

House call chiropractic means we provide the same professional services you’d receive in a clinic, but in the comfort of your own home. Save time, money, and stress by having a chiropractor come to you!

How do I know if chiropractic care is a good fit for me?

If you are looking for whole body care, chiropractic is a great fit for you! Chiropractic care is not only about the spine. Headaches? Neck pain? Joint pain? Muscle tension? Many discomforts can be resolved with chiropractic techniques!

I’ve never received health care in my home. What should I expect?

You can expect a convenient, stress-free appointment! Dr. Fish will call prior to his arrival to let you know when he is on his way. A portable chiropractic table will be set up in your home, and then you’ll receive the same professional chiropractic services that you would in a clinic. But without the hassle of leaving your home. Amazing, right? We sure think so!

How do I schedule an appointment?

Send us a message or give us a call through the “Contact Us” page of this website.

What kind of care do you provide? What techniques do you use?

Dr. Fish provides whole body care using gentle, evidence-based practices. Services include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercises. Dr. Fish uses a diversified adjusting approach to chiropractic care.

How much space is needed for the portable chiropractic table?

Have a place in mind before Dr. Fish arrives. We suggest an open area on your main level such as an entryway, living room, or family room. The table is 75 in x 21.5 in x 22.4 in. Dr. Fish will need walking space around the table as well.

How long is an appointment?

An initial appointment is about 45 – 60 minutes. Follow-up/routine appointments are about 15 – 30 minutes.

What ages of patients do you treat?

Infant – Senior

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, debit/credit payments are accepted. You can also use funds from an Health Savings Account. Dr. Fish is not in-network with health insurance providers and we do not treat Medicare patients at this time. However, we can provide itemized receipts for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Does my house need to be clean?

Of course not! As long as there is room for the chiropractic table (see above), we’re good to go. Green Ridge Chiropractic is about convenience and comfort. Relax, don’t stress, and let us do the work.

Can my whole family be treated in the same visit?

Certainly! The flexibility of house call care allows Dr. Fish to easily treat families. When you set up an appointment, let us know how many family members would like treatment. Keep in mind, if this is your first appointment, each family member will need to fill out a new patient form.

What are your hours? Do you work on weekends?

The beauty of house call care is flexible hours! Let us know your preferred schedule on your contact form. Saturday appointments can be scheduled with advance notice.

Do you see same-day patients?

Yes! If you are wanting a same-day appointment, please give us a call (excluding weekends). Seattle-area patients will most likely need to schedule in advance.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! We offer free phone or in-person consultations. You can meet Dr. Fish, ask questions, and get a sense if Green Ridge is the right fit for you!
